Stainless Steel Warranty Information

There is a one year warranty on our products from date of purchase.  Please validate this warranty with transaction receipt of business stamp on info card.

• This warranty includes if a stone falls off due to craftsmanship defects or clasp problems etc.

• The warranty does not include scratches, chipped or smashed stones. Damage caused by negligence or normal wear and tear is not included in warranty.

• The warranty does not include parts if it is lost.  Please return the whole faulty item to us.  A small fee for the part missing may be charged depending on the circumstance/condition of the item.  

Fusion Jewellery
The warranty for this line is 6 months. The same conditions apply as for Stainless Steel above.

• Please note the jewellery contains Swarovski crystals or Cubic Zirconia, not diamonds. They may shatter/chip from everyday wear and tear.  Over time the crystals or Cubic Zirconia's may become slightly smaller & fall out due to normal wear and tear, this is not due to a manufacturing defect.  Usually manufacturing defects are evident in very early stages of purchase.
